Some PT clients and class participants were asking for workouts they could do on their own.
So, I am going to post a handful of workouts per month right here. Some of the workouts might look familiar or similar to what I may have taught in a past class or training session.
Sometimes, it will be a short video, maybe some photos or just a written workout. If you need any clarification, please ask via email at breanne@funkyfit.ca or in person.
This workout should take about 30 to 40min. You will need a mat, skipping rope, and bench or step (with about 4 or 5 risers per side).
Warm Up (5 to 10min) - high knees, skipping, bike or run

50 Skips
10 Squats
10 Push Ups
10 Right Leg Step Ups
10 Left Leg Step Ups
x5
*3 to 5min CARDIO INTERVAL
Set #2
10 Barbell or Dumbbell Row
10 Plyometric or Jump Lunges
10 Bench Triceps Dips
10 Hug & Release
x4
*3 to 5min CARDIO INTERVAL
Set #3
10 Barbell or Dumbbell Biceps Curls
10 Alligator Push Ups
10 Laces Crunch
x4
Cooldown/Stretch
